Andreas Becker has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the STS Group since its foundation in 2017. His areas of responsibility include in particular sales, purchasing, research & development and human resources. In addition, the companies MCR and STS China report directly to him.
Before Andreas Becker lead STS Acoustics as CEO (2013). Between 1996 and 2013 he held various management positions at the Autoneum Group, a global automotive supplier like STS Group. From 2010 to 2013, he was also responsible for the management in Italy as well as the Truck Business Worldwide division.
Andreas Becker graduated in business administration at the Management Centre Villingen (1996). In addition, he completed postgraduate Executive MBA studies at GSBA Zurich and the University of Albany in the USA (2001). In 2010 Andreas Becker participated in the senior management program of the London Business School.

Dr. Ulrich Hauck
Dr. Ulrich Hauck, born in 1964, took over the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role at STS Group April 1, 2019. His areas of responsibility comprise in particular controlling, accounting, treasury, taxes and IT.
From 2015 to 2017, he was Board member and Group CFO at Schaeffler AG. Prior to that he held positions as Senior Vice President responsible for worldwide Accounting and Controlling at Bayer AG and Head of Group Accounting of Rheinmetall AG.
He started his career at Deloitte as certified public accountant and certified tax advisor.
After graduating with a diploma in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, he received a Ph.D. in Business Administration from University of Innsbruck.
Patrick Oschust has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the STS Group since 2017. His responsibilities comprise production, logistics, quality and operational excellence.
Patrick Oschust was COO of STS Acoustics from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, he successfully took over responsibility for several positions at associated companies of the Mutares Group. For example, as Managing Director of HIB Trim Part Solutions in Bruchsal and CEO of NORSILK, a French wood processing company. Between 2003 and 2010 Patrick Oschust held several positions at the German automotive supplier Dräxlmaier, most recently as Managing Director in Germany and Romania.
Patrick Oschust graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Rosenheim with a diploma in wood technology in 2000. In addition, he completed a further qualification for specialists and managers at the German MTM Association as a European Industrial Engineer (2007).
