STS Group AG wins major order from leading commercial vehicle manufacturer with a volume of EUR 150 million

Hallbergmoos/Munich, 12 July 2018. STS Group AG (ISIN: DE000A1TNU68; www.sts.group), global system supplier to the commercial vehicle industry and listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has won a new high-volume order. In the coming years, the company will produce and supply front modules for one of the leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. The value of the contract exceeds more than EUR 150 million over its term.

The new STS front module systems are used in heavy commercial vehicles. "Our expertise as a supplier of front modules dates back many years. But we are twice as pleased with this order. On the one hand, it is a high-volume order for us. On the other hand, we will build not only individual parts but also complex systems. As a result, we can further expand our position as an international system supplier," said Andreas Becker, CEO of STS Group AG.

In detail, the STS Group will assemble the front modules from nearly one hundred individual components and deliver complete complex systems to the customer from a single source. The injection molded components are produced, painted and assembled at the STS Group's French plants.
